REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

At WEZOOP, MB we take Customer Services matters very seriously. Please ensure you read the returns policy in its entirety before contacting us to return any purchases. We endeavour to provide as much information on our products as possible to allow customers to make an informed decision for purchases.

ORDER AMENDMENT

Pursuant to provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and the Retail Trade Rules approved by Resolution No. 697 of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania of 11 June 2001, the perishable goods or goods with a short shelf life shall not be replaced and returned. So no returns allowed on refrigerated foods those items are extremely fragile and can suffer from the changes of temperatures from one warehouse to another. making it impossible to resell in perfect condition.

When applying for defective goods or goods of poor quality, please describe or tell us the situation, provide a photo of the defective product and an electronic receipt received at the time of purchase.

Money will be refunded to the account which you used to pay for your order within 5 business days.

Due to the nature of our business, all our products are stored and handled with the utmost care. We cannot be responsible if damages occur after delivery and do not accept third party claims of any kind.
